Depending on the soil condition and slope, the research and development wing of J&F has developed varieties of Geo blankets (coir mesh matting) with loop structure which are highly durable.   J&F Geo Beds  
 
Sediment control geo beds are made from coir fibre encased in coir mesh matting to form a bed like structure. J&F Geo Beds can be used for stream bank protection and sediment control. Since coir fibre provides an excellent microclimate for plant growth, the bed acts as a suitable medium for vegetation. Pre-planted geo beds could be used for easy installation. The thick pad of coir successfully traps sediments, while letting the liquid flow past. It could also be used successfully at construction site.
